Services and clinics
All NHS GP practices provide a core range of services as part of their NHS contract. These include assessment and treatment of new health problems, ongoing care for existing conditions, management of long-term conditions, preventative healthcare, prescribing and medication reviews, referrals to specialist services where appropriate, and routine NHS vaccinations and immunisations.
We also provide ongoing care and monitoring for people living with long-term health conditions. This may include regular reviews, monitoring, medication reviews and advice on managing your condition and reducing the risk of complications. Find out more about managing long-term conditions.
