There are several ways you can manage your health and contact the practice online, but it can be confusing knowing which service to use. We have brought together the main options to help you understand what each one does and choose the right service for your needs.
Use the information below to find out more about SystmConnect, SystmOnline and the NHS App, and how they can help you manage your healthcare online.
SystmConnect
Use SystmConnect to contact the practice about a health problem or for an admin request.
You can submit an online triage form for advice about a new or existing health concern, medication queries, sick notes and other routine requests. Your request will be reviewed by the appropriate member of the practice team.
SystmOnline
Use SystmOnline to view parts of your medical record and order your repeat prescriptions.
It provides secure online access to selected information held in your GP record and also allows you to request your repeat prescriptions of your regular medicines without visiting or contacting the practice.
The NHS App
Use the NHS App to access a range of NHS services from your smartphone or tablet.
Depending on the access available to you, you can use the NHS App to view parts of your medical record, see test results and upcoming appointments, order repeat prescriptions and access other NHS services and information.
