Travel Vaccinationsglobal air travel

If you require Travel Health for world travel, then we are able to provide you with some of the necessary vaccinations and immunisations such as Hepatitis A, Typhoid and Tetanus but you  may need to contact a specialist Travel Vaccinations Clinic at either STA Travel at 88 Vicar Lane, Leeds, LS1 7JH on 0113 450 4266 or Superdrug Travel Service at The Merrion Centre on 03330 605369 or The White Rose Leeds as they may be able to offer an alternative service. The Practice is not a yellow fever centre and we do not supply, prescribe or offer information about Rabies or anti-Malarials for Malarial Prophylaxis as these need to be obtained through your local pharmacy.

We ask that you organise your travel health arrangements so that you have the necessary time to arrange to see the nurse within the designated time frame restraints. Please either download and print off the Pre Travel Health Questionnaire or collect a copy from your surgery. Please complete this form and return it to the surgery at least six weeks before your date of travel and make an appointment to see a nurse within three weeks’ time. If due to time restraints we are not able to accommodate you, contact STA Travel at 88 Vicar Lane, Leeds, LS1 7JH on 0113 450 4266 or Superdrug Travel Service at The Merrion Centre or The White Rose Leeds on 03330 605369 as they may be able to offer an alternative service.
