Extended Access Services (Extended Opening Times as of 1st October 2025)
In order to run evening and weekend clinics, our Practice Care Network (PCN) in this part of Leeds have joined a ‘Clinic Hub’ held at The East Leeds Health Centre, LS9 , which offers appointments outside of our normal surgery hours with a Doctor, Nurse and Health Care Assistant, Pharmacist or a Healthy Minds Health Care Professional.
These appointments are held on: -
Monday to Friday - Telephone Pharmacist Appointments from 19:00 to 20:00 hours.
Saturday - Telephone Pharmacist Appointments from 13:00 to 15:00 hours.
Saturday – Face to Face or telephone Doctors’ Appointments from 08:00 to 14:.00 hours.
Saturday – Face to Face Nurse Appointments from 08:00 to 14:00 hours.
Saturday – Face to Face Health Care Assistant Appointments from 08:00 to 14:00 hours.
Saturday – Telephone Healthy Minds (Mental Health) Appointments from 09:00 to 13:00 hours.
